Information we collect

Name, address and contact (email or phone) of the lead guest
Dates of stay and number of guests
For foreign nationals without an address in Japan: nationality and passport number

We do not share your information without your consent, except where required by law.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). You enter your card details on Stripe's page and Stripe holds them. We never receive your card number.
The card you pay with is saved with Stripe. We keep only Stripe's reference IDs that point to that card.
We use the saved card only for these charges, and always after contacting you: the discount amount if the travel-discount application form is not signed, damage to or soiling of the room or its fixtures (actual cost), and extras you order during your stay.

Our home page embeds a Google Maps map so you can find us.
When the map loads, your device information (IP address, browser type and the like) is sent to Google. Nothing about your booking or your name is sent.

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics tags, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, the X (formerly Twitter) ads tag and Google Tag Manager (cookies) to measure how well our advertising works and how the site is used. Information such as the pages you view and the ad that brought you here is sent to Google, Meta and X.
When a booking is completed, we may send the booking number and amount to these advertising providers. We do not send your name or contact details.
