- A cleaning fee is charged in addition to the room rate. We may also charge the card used for your booking, after contacting you, for the actual cost of any damage to or soiling of the room or fixtures, for extras you order during your stay, and for the discount amount if the Kagoshima travel discount application form is not signed
- Payment method and timing
- Credit card, charged when you book. If you use the Kagoshima travel discount, the discounted price is charged to your card when you book. We place the application form in your room: during your stay, the lead guest fills it in, signs it, and leaves it in the room when checking out (no need to visit the front desk). Without a signature, the discount does not apply and the discount amount is charged to the card you booked with (if the card cannot be charged, we will contact you). The card you pay with is saved with our payment provider, Stripe (Stripe holds the card number; it never reaches us). We may charge this card later only in these cases, and always after contacting you: (1) the discount amount if the travel-discount application form is not signed; (2) damage to or soiling of the room or its fixtures (actual cost); (3) extras you order during your stay.
