Dates are counted from your check-in date.

If you have already paid by card, we refund the amount minus any cancellation fee to your card (it may take a few days to appear, depending on your card issuer).

How to cancel

1. Open the booking page.
2. Enter your booking number and the contact you used when booking.
3. Check the cancellation fee, then cancel.
